Room Rate is $75.00 ( $84.00 inc. tax). Please mention Treasures for Little Children when booking.

May 17th – Thursday

Arrive at hotel,
pick up packets & badges

6:00 pm
Dinner (included) in Onyx Room
Followed by Annual
Business Meeting
Opening program including “Show & Tell”.



May 18 – Friday

Continental Breakfast (included)

10:00 am Gather in Lobby to car pool for IL. Antique Dealer’s Show in the Orr Building, Illinois State Fair Grounds (Adm. included)
We will shop for 1 1/2 hours and then return to the hotel vicinity for lunch on your own. Several food locations near the hotel.

Afternoon and evening educational sessions in the Emerald Room, each about 30 minutes long with time for set up/questions:

Miniature Lamps, Toy Wash Day Items, Children’s Audio Records,

Toy S & V dishes, Toy Sewing Machines, Miniature Advertising,

Miniature Quilts, Toy Cast Iron Stoves, Toy Pressing Irons, etc.

6:00 pm: Dinner in Jade Room (included)


May 19 – Saturday

Continental Breakfast (included)

Onyx, Opal & Ruby Rooms for set up of T.L.C. County Fair.

12:00 pm Box lunches in above rooms (included)

12:45 pm Set-up for Sales Room, then open to members for 1 hour

2:00 pm - 4:00 pm Sales Room Open to the Public

6:00 pm Dinner at the International Buffet (included)


May 20 – Sunday

Continental Breakfast (included)

6:30 am Gather for early departure to 3rd Sunday Market in Bloomington (trans. & Adm. included–about 1 hour)

11:00 am Gather for trip to Curtis Residence (about 1 hr 15 min.)
Lunch (included)

4:00 pm Gather for trip back to Springfield (approx. 40 min.)

6:00 pm Final Banquet in Onyx Room (included)
Silent Auction
and Raffle for a Graham Curtis hand-made Jigsaw Puzzle!


2012 Convention Registration Information

Convention Fee -$165.00 which includes nine meals, admission to shows and transportation on Sunday.

If your traveling companion only wants to join you for meals (must be reserved in advance), the registration fee can be adjusted.

*Please note
: only full registrations will receive a convention souvenir.


If you want to rent tables for the sales room, they are an additional $10 each.

Cut-Off-Date for registration and/or full refund is May 1st, 2012.
